MA Pathways is a service built on real experience supporting children and young people from a range of backgrounds, including those facing challenges around education, placement stability and safeguarding.

Our team brings a combination of professional and lived experience, which allows us to build genuine, trusting relationships and provide support that is understanding, consistent, and impactful.

We provide mentoring and outreach support tailored to the individual, focusing on early intervention and working alongside schools, local authorities, and families to support young people before challenges escalate.

We understand that no two journeys are the same. That’s why our approach is flexible, relationship-based, and centred around the needs of each young person, helping them to feel supported, understood, and able to move forward.

Alongside our core services, social value sits at the heart of what we do. We reinvest into opportunities such as life skills development, workshops, and accessible support, particularly for those who may face barriers to engagement.
